What Wattif provides
Wattif provides energy intelligence for commercial facilities. This includes real-time monitoring, anomaly detection, energy optimization recommendations, automated scheduling, and reporting through an AI-powered platform.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each account is tied to an organization and one or more facilities. You may invite team members with appropriate access levels.
Hardware kits
Sensor kits are sold as one-time purchases with professional installation included. Hardware is covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. Wattif does not manufacture sensors. Sensor kits are pre-configured for your facility and are non-refundable once installed.
Subscription
Wattif is billed monthly per location. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, your account remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days. After 30 days, your data is archived. Sensors remain your property and can be reused.
Data ownership
Your energy data belongs to you. Wattif processes your data to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your telemetry, reports, or facility data. You may export your data at any time.
AI recommendations
Wattif provides energy recommendations based on data analysis. These recommendations are advisory. Wattif is not a licensed energy auditor or electrical engineer. Always consult qualified professionals before making changes to electrical systems. Wattif is not liable for decisions made based on its recommendations.
Installation
Installation is performed by licensed electricians arranged by Wattif or by your own electrician. Wattif is not liable for electrical work performed at your facility. All installation work should comply with local electrical codes and regulations.
Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Sensor data may be delayed due to network conditions. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
Limitation of liability
Wattif's liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. Wattif is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue, equipment damage, or business interruption.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
